It is easy to lose track of the meaning behind Memorial Day, but in the Crossfit community and at Crossfit Sky we honor our fallen soldiers and loved ones by participating in any various number of hero wod's. This is a way for us to remember the hardships endured by those before us and among us, those who have sacrificed much to provide us with the freedom we experience in these United States.
