For those who can breeze through this (you know who you are); increase the reps every minute.
E.g. 1st round- 5, 10, 15, second round 6, 11, 16,...so on until you cannot compete all the reps within the minute.
Coincidentally, you can do this one at home if for some reason we are not able to travel to our beloved Sky. Be sure to post your times to the wall!
