S&C: 17:36 (50 SDHP in place of Row) Used 135# for the 1st set of Push Press, but, came to my sesens and dropped down to 115# (2nd & 3rd)CFE: 10x600m2:28/2:16/2:21/2:23/2:25/2:18/2:23/2:22/2:24/2:26
