Our mission is for everyone to reach his or her goals and see continual improvement, and the most effective way to accomplish this is by creating an environment of accountability. One of the ways we accomplish this is by logging our scores, weights, and times to the comment section of our blog each day.
Progress is an integral part to growth, but how do you know you're progressing if you don't have a goal? That's like shooting in the dark! You have to have a standard to measure your growth to see how you're doing. At CrossFit Sky we provide a free progression sheet that helps you track your progress and give you a direction. This isn't the most elaborate progression plan or a guaranteed path to get you from point A to point B; everybody's body is different! Sometimes we have to take different paths, but we provide you a template to work off of to help you get moving so you can find your own path.
The best way to ensure progress is to hire a trainer, whether that is in a 1-on-1 setting or in one of our classes.
